I had the exact same guy...same arms, same Occupied Japan....hanging from a NY Giants pinback. The guy who bought the pin and dangle from me is trying to flip it on ebay for too high a price.

It's made of celluloid plastic. Probably a $10 item. Someone on ebay is trying to get $16 with free shipping for one.
