He's been in the news before because of his less than kind exchanges when attempting to purchase cards.

I sold a box of wax packs to Heath Bell during the St Louis All Star Fan Fest. Didnt recognize him until he signed the credit card receipt.

I used to sell a lot of error cards on eBay. I have sold many to players and their family members. My favorite was Brian Holman. Brian was famous for blowing a perfect game with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th. He gave up the last home run of Ken Phelps' career to blow the perfect game.

He is a great guy and we exchanged several emails. He even sent my brother a bunch of autographed cards for his birthday for free.
