Seller seems knowledgeable with his feedback numbers . Plus the Halper LOA gives a lot of confidence in the item.

Upon further thought I wonder if this guy is a burned CC bidder who realizes he got screwed and is now trying to pawn the Ruth / Gehrig ball off on another buyer.
