The most enjoyable moments of the National for me were the conversations I had with fellow collectors.
They ranged in age from 25 to 80. It was fun conversing with collectors who remembered the 1960's Yankees teams. Many of them were trying to convince me to go to the National in Chicago next year (which I am seriously considering). It was cool watching the signers interact with their fans. I had a nice conversation with Steve Grad and short and cordial conversation with Spence. It was simply a wonderful and memorable experience.
