I'd venture that his ad blocker is picking up the ebay rover links in the section titled "shop pre-war auctions" underneath the ribbon of Net54 links at the top of the page and counting each rover link as a separate ad. Other ad blockers may not count those at all.

Never had a problem with the Net54 site. Would avoid clicking on the link on the bottom of Matt's page though. Clicked on his For Sale link and got some ransomware that I had to force a computer shut down and restore my computer to a earlier saved backup point.

It appears he's using the same ad blocker that both Sean and I are using and we both show only 1 ad being blocked on this site. His is at 120. I'm on my work computer right now (Don't worry, I'm the boss, I can be on here whenever I like ) and the ad blocker here is showing only 1 item being blocked.

Since joining this site, I don't ever recall seeing one pop up/ad ever.

I use to belong to a truck forum that was painful Needless to say I no longer frequent that site.

I'm currently using Avast (paid version) and Super Anti Spyware with Windows 10 and it's ad/pop up free sailing.

There is no doubt the guy has computer issues or is just trying to stir the pot for some reason?

So, if thousands of other companies are benefiting from the Net54 board, then the owner of Net54 should be compensated more. Doesn't it benefit the board by having tons of traffic coming and going? Seems many new members who didn't know about the board, stumbled upon it when doing a Google search for something sports related.

For the record I would never ever allow pop ups on this site knowingly.
