New holder, new flip. If you're really lucky, they'll damage a very valuable card during the process.

I sent several cards in for re-holdering prior to the new hologram/new holder format. I received a new holder (old style) and new flip, but the cert number remained the same.
Not sure if this is the case with the new hologram/"tamper-proof" holders. |
