My question: How does battlefield make money on these cards that keep getting returned? Do some people really just eat the loss?

I believe the answer is yes, eventually a raw collector will keep the card as is or someone will buy it and forget to send it off in time.

I'd assume the purchaser has the card now but I didn't see any negative feedback about it?
