Yea my Dairy Isle look just like those... My Carousel is the only one graded for Hrabosky and I got lucky with it grading a PSA 10. There is a very low PSA population for the entire set - just over 200 graded examples.

Default Carousel Discs (Stamped back)

Yeah; it's likely the Brooks Master Set individuals who have the 2 graded Carousel examples. To me it would be much more interesting if they listed the locations on the PSA label.

Do you do the PSA registry with Hrabosky?

Yea. I know he isn't HOF material but I've always liked him and his antics.

Ben,

I'm with you; I really enjoyed the way he went about pitching and the personality he brought to the game and it really didn't matter, at least to me, that he didn't have an overall HOF career. I'm not a Cards fan (or Royals or Braves for that matter), but really liked him as a player and sure enjoyed watching him pitch.

I'll have to check out your PSA registry.

I think there is a blank back version and a wax drink lid too.

If you are referring to the 1977 MSA 7-11 cup lid, there isn't a Hrabosky, the two Cardinals in the set are Brock and McBride.

Thanks guys...I will keep an eye out for the Red Barn - no address and the true 78 Wiffle Ball. Any idea why PSA slabs a few of these discs differently than the rest? The 76 Crane and 77 Chilly Willee are in square opening while all the others are fitted to the disc (graded at the same time). I thought all discs were the same size?

This link shows I believe every possible msa disc of Lou Brock, including the no address red barn and an msa sample lid using a Linnett drawing. There is also a discussion and listing of known carousel stamps. This the first page of three on mss in this thread

There were also 1978 disc sets for Big T Tastee Freeze and Saga. Was Hrabosky included in those?

To my knowledge Hrabosky was not included in either of those sets...
