Thanx for the replies guys!
Is there any way to determine the year? Is it worth having these things graded ? I was just happy to nab cards of players I might otherwise not be able to afford, so am not planning on flipping em for a profit or anything.

top loaders? great! I have no card store nearby so i reckon it's internet time.
thanx for the info! the guy just put a bunch more up for sale but I've blown my budget for this week for cards. Would like to snatch some more.

Salutations Ted Williams
The Salutation Ted Williams pictured above, was produced into the 1960's which is why the card is so prevalent. There have been pics, I believe on this board, showing an uncut sheet of later exhibits picturing the Williams and one or two other salutation Exhibits. Be careful just going by what the big book says.
