I had the $15 off work for me last month, but then the eBay bucks special would't work this week. They need to get their software to work properly if they are going to offer these specials.

I did go to my Account/Communication Preferences, and I was already signed up to receive all special promotions, but I still don't get them.

I don't know what to do about this, but, in the meanwhile, please continue to post such promotions; thanks again.

I used this once after being notified here and I always appreciate the heads up. I've always assumed it would only work for just one item at a time, but would it work if you purchased a number of "buy it now" items at once with aggregate price of at least $75 and paid for them at one time? Thanks

Yes. It works with several items - one checkout.
