Some recent additions to my collection of rookie cards of the top 100 players in MLB history (according to my own algorithm). These are #30, #34, #89, and #99 on my list, plus one more card for my Glazner player set (7 down, 4 to go).

Thanks to LOTG and Goodwin, respectively, for these two additions to the collection

My first high-grade '53 and to my mind one of the coolest--is there any other ne with this solid gold/yellow backing? Plus, the Giants, still in NY, were my team as a very young boy. http://www.net54baseball.com/attachm...1&d=1466892959

The Collins-McCarthy Candy Co.

They were also the maker of the E135 set.

Normally I wouldn't have bothered as my current Gans was a 3, but I got such a ridiculous deal I decided to upgrade the half point.

Very cool, and kind of creepy, if you don't mind me saying. At least the clown in the front row is creepy, but that's just me.
