Why? Do you think for a second that anyone--anyone at all--at PSA ever heard of this guy? Or has a single exemplar? Try talking to a real, old-fashioned dealer in historical autographs. One with decades of real experience. One expert in the Signers.
They do exist, you know.

They do exist, you know.
They must have an exemplar at PSA because he is listed in their history section.

The one available to you is 20 years before the other exemplars. Not the best way to authenticate.
