They popped it on a trip to England due to a sorting error. I also live in a neighborhood with very English sounding street names, like Manchester, Yorkshire, etc., so I assume a hurried mail sorter somewhere just tossed it in the overseas box after a glance. I had filed a paypal claim after speaking with the sender and then cancelled after it showed up with a good passport worth of post office stamps.
