I think it varies. I have seen very strong prices for T cards and cards from that era. There is strong bidding for many signed 33 goudeys, especially the more difficult ones, as it seems to be a popular set to collect. Commons seem to get less interest as there are a lot that come up for sale. The 34 Goudeys are very much hit and miss. I paid close to $800 with BP for Hi Bell, who died in 1949, but only $160 for Ed Brandt, who died in 1944. Neither slabbed. Go figure. The other 1930's cards also seem to have very labile sale prices. Even many HOFers are all over the place. 1 yr ago I sold a 33G Travis Jackson for $800 as a best offer. A couple weeks ago, a board member had one sell in an open auction for the mid $200s. Again go figure.
