$40k questions: Horsepower? fuel mileage? cargo space?

$100k questions: Number of bedrooms? garage? kitchen space?

Where do you live that those are 100K questions? Because I think moving there might be a good option if there's any decent jobs.

Around here the 100K real estate questions are things like Nearest recent murder? Bike gang next door " friendly" to neighbors? Does it have its own bathroom?

Agreed. 100k isn't even a decent downpayment around here...

Haha, I just moved from the New York to the DC metro area hoping it would be a slightly better quality of life. Guess I was wrong there
