I have 5 E90-1s, four of which have printing marks. E90-1s seem to have a lot of these, compared to other T and E sets. I've seen print marks in yellow, black and red, although I assume they come in other colors.

Most of my dozen or so E90s have a small but visible print mark along center of the top border, left edge, and right edge. Here are a couple examples:
