By no means am I an expert but have handled quite a few 1880s baseball photos and cabinets. The toning does look good but it's so hard to tell from a picture as to somethings authenticity. I know I have been fooled more than once. If real, I would think it is valuable, just not sure how much. Good luck...
ps...This thread was copied to the other side of the board where the memorabilia discussions generally are so if someone only looks there they will see it too.

Beautiful. Judging from the handwritten notation on the back it may have been cut down by the framer.

Robert Edwards 2013
There was a cabinet card in the 2013 Robert Edwards auction. That cabinet card photo by J K Stevens, Chicago brought just over $3800. I think it was lot 1790 and looked to be a standard size cabinet card.
