I like seeing them among a spread of pre-war cards on a dealer's table. They add a nice aesthetic. But, I have never been compelled to own one.

Part of appreciating this set comes with the realization that they were intended for kids, not for middle aged adults collecting prewar. When I was a kid I thought these looked cool, and I still do. They look unique and quirky, plus they help fill a time period where not many sets existed, so it's nice to have a representation of the era.
