The Rawlings Hall of Fame Flannels are definitely more circa 1960. I've owned a few Dodgers Flannels with this same tagging... Including a Joe Pignatano jersey from 1960. Perhaps this was a gift, a commemorative uniform, or made for an Old Timers Day event. It still has nice value, and is quite collectible.
