I have to share a story that still bothers me. Years ago I passed on a Koufax rookie for 29 dollars. It was maybe 94 or 95 I never forgot it. As years went on I
I got a nice raw one for 150. I took it to a card show and sold it for 300. It was before my birthday and my wife gave me a go to buy a card from EBay for 150. So I decided I would upgrade my Koufax . A few days past and I see a 5.5 Koufax rc ending. I bought it for 380. I handed her the money and said put this in the bank I'm buying this card. She promptly lost her mind !! So I canceled the order and she took the money. 😭
