After i posted this I managed to dig up that they came with a piece of caramel and it was basically a regional test issue. Can anyone confirm this?

 This "pack" has a full set of the red back game cards. I do not think it has any team cards, but it does have several of either the 51 Current All Stars and or Connie Mack All Stars   I have put together all 5 of the 51 sets ( less the 3 unissued Current All Stars), including both versions of the 9 team cards

Thats awesome. So were they blended in with Major League All-Stars? Obviously there weren't 52 teams - did they group the 3 51 test sets together?

Ah! That is exactly the info I was looking for. Fascinating hypothesized history of the pre-52 set Topps company was up to. My bad on the placement Leon - not sure how I move this thread but feel free to...
