To All,
Payments are coming in, I had sent out friendly reminders about the raffle, and as the past two raffles, some just simply forgot about making a payment.
More common then you think.
We still have at least a couple of days, as some payments are still in the mail. But we are getting much closer.
I will start a countdown on Wednesday evening as to how many more payments are remaining to give everyone an idea how close we are.

I was going to start the countdown tomorrow, but thought, what the heck, let's get the ball rolling now.

Countdown is at 8, two of which are in the mail.

Graig,
I get excited thinking of about what decisions the winner has to make. We see the size of the winning painting as it stands, and by adding just a few hundred dollars, the size gets very interesting.
Imagine adding $1000 or two to the $6000 and wow. The decisions are more then the subject, as what the winner decides, it could open up a multitude of great photos.
Personally, if I were lucky enough, I would increase the size, then, my subject, or subjects in the same painting, means more then one hall of famer in the same painting.
Anyone else contemplating increasing the size if they win???

Now down to 6, of which two are in the mail.

I will be the weird guy here. If I am lucky enough to win I would much rather have several of his amazing 5"X7" "studies" paintings. I would like to get a few of my favorite players done with the different teams they played on. I even have a nice spot picked out to display them if I win and what I want is possible.

I can't explain it but I really have no interest in a full size painting. If I won and had to choose that option I would have something either Mantle or Ruth painted and sell it.
