Bill- Yeah, I guess things are really bad when you can't land a slugger named Scooter.
Kinda of reminds me of George Carlin's wish that there be a Pope Corky, but to make it Pope Corky IV to make it sound more acceptable. We landed the Angels #2 & #5 2015 Prospets (now the Braves' #1 & #15) along with a serviceable starting ML shortstop for Simmons and the Diamondbacks' top two prospects along with a starting ML centerfielder / leadoff batter for Miller. That's a pretty good hawl! I am optimistic for the Braves' future. . .
