There was an earlier situation like yours posted recently (lack of communication, etc) and he ended up getting his item-- so you may be fine. Maybe it was the same promoter.
No excuse for lack of communication, but I would think all the logistics and packaging and mailing of items would take time. Last edited by drcy; 04-07-2016 at 11:24 AM.
