Picked this one up earlier this week. I've always like Topps' World Series subsets. Game 3 from the Dodgers' first LA Series win. Nicely centered.

Bob, I agree with you on the Topps W.S. subsets. Nice looking card. Congrats. |

But for every rule, there's an exception. What in heck was Topps thinking when they put together the 1961 World Series winner card??
s-l1600-22.jpg They had Mantle, Maris, Ford and Berra celebrating in the same locker room, but they went with a shot of (correct me if I'm wrong) John Blanchard, Bud Daley and Héctor López???

I think that is Bud Daley in the middle.

A few PWCC winnings this week. Really happy with the Nagashima rookies. I ended up paying for the group in two lot by mistake, and even though PWCC was not able to catch it and ship them all together, he sent me a small refund, to match what combined shipping cost would have been for all. Small gesture monetarily, but was very nice customer service, especially given how many lots they manage. (IMO all ended at pretty reasonable, non inflated price levels)
