I would had given it a second glance, it looks pretty good to the eye and the seller has solid feedback.
They might be selling for a friend. 5000 positive feedbacks is pretty good. It's not listed now as it seems someone may have bought it backdoor, but the best grade one could hope for is "authentic" and I would send it asap if I was taking that risk.
