Took a big step towards my 1979 Orioles set adding a few toughies. I also landed a Blair and rare AJD hat of Ken Singleton.

Just purchased this 1905 University of Maryland yearbook. Senior class includes Archibald W Graham. He graduated in June and at the end of the month played his one and only game for the Giants!

Love the 1979 Orioles jerseys they all look great. Sounds like a very neat project you have going. Are you going for just the jerseys or are you trying to pick up the era hats, bats, etc. |

Here is one of my Favorite pickups of 2016 and a perfect fit in my Early Babe Ruth type 1 photo collection. It is an early Red Sox image taken by Charlie Conlon.

Thanks Mark the 79 squad is my favorite even though they came up short. The jerseys are different years. Figured I'd be dead before I found 1979 jerseys for them. I do have a fair amount of 79's though. I'm just going for the jerseys but I'm also putting together all the styles they wore in the 70's. I still need the orange panel hat and a 1971 orange jersey.

Not funny Mike. It's taken me 37 years and I'm finally starting to get over that defeat.😃. I do have a couple of Pirates jerseys in my collection though.

Bought this Yankee Stadium seat earlier today. Based on the research I've done, its an original one from 1923. Pretty good shape and I like that the paint has chipped in some areas so you can see the numerous coats/colors. Only significant damage it to the upper left. The top, rounded piece of the cast iron frame broke off. The previous owner said it disappeared years ago. Debating if I should have a piece made to fit it or just leave it alone. Thoughts?
