Pretty sure I overpaid for it, but picked up this Worch box variation (on left) to go with the no box one (on right) that I've had for a while.

Default T5 Cobb

John, it is a catchers mitt he's wearing. I've seen only one other photo of Cobb wearing one. I'm sure there are more, but it's a rare sight and pretty cool they used this photo for the Pinkerton.

Well February looks like a tough month to compete in so far, but here are my humble additions The Speaker and Chase are two of my favorite cards in the set, really beautiful colors. And I know the Campanella was post-war, but it just came in this week and so I threw it on the scanner with the others. Love that card too, what a great image.

Nice one, doesn't get much better that Ruth and Wagner. Throw in a Cobb and a Gehrig and you'll be good to go.

I finally picked up a really nice Helmar. The ones I've had have always been pretty rough.

Here are a few recent pickups.

Really excited to add 3 more to my 1934 Goudey set. It's been a year since the last additions.

I am now at 79/96. If anyone has any PLMK.

Whenever I see that Frey I always think "That Albert Frey sure had a lot of balls."

Nice Lavender - I am happy to see you add another one.

Default Henry Gruber OJ Run

Completed an OJ player run for Henry Gruber. The cards do not have impressive images, but took awhile to obtain (I'll take what I can get). I collect cards of all the 1887 Detroit Wolverines; Henry posting a 4-3 record for the Champs. Henry was not issued an OJ card until joining Cleveland in 1889.

Happy with this pickup from Scott. From the Paddy O'Connor estate and although it doesn't have Paddy, it has another Pirate (no, not Wagner):
