I've never had any problem with any. Most I have dealt with are holdovers from the early Ebay days, are collectors only (not sellers), and initially made their feedback private to keep other buyers (competitors) from following their bidding habits easily.
Ebay has since put lots of roadblocks in the way, so I would be more concerned if it's a newer private feedback account, or an International bidder from a risk country.

Thank you Dave. The buyer has put an offer on one of my items and appears to have been an ebay member since 2007.
