Just one piece of advice that I will share with you, if you feel that ultimately you will be looking for the earliest collectible for each pre-war HOF'er, wait until you can afford that item for each rather than buying more mainstream and continually upgrading from there. I did a lot of upgrading over the years and found that I lost money more times than not when I had to sell the old card.
