Looking for some advice - To grade or not to grade.

keep in packaging...you not guaranteed a psa 10 ..

1. dont touch if for now.
2. do more research.
3. if ya find another one, then submit the raw one.
4. never mess w. oem packaging.
5. you can always open it, you cant always put her back in.

Hate to be the one to burst your bubble, but there are two of these on eBay in much nicer packaging for $2.25

There is no such thing as a card that would "probably" grade a PSA 10 -- not in the hands of an ordinary collector anyhow.

Peter is right, if you are a large submitter to PSA it is much easier to get a 10.
