Bottom line.....
I paid for my winnings on Nov 11th, 2015 via direct bank account exchange.
I just got my stuff today (December 1st, 2015). I think I will spend my dollars elsewhere in the future. The $$$$ disappeared from my account on Nov 12th so the transfer of funds (a lot of funds!) was almost immediate. The actual packaging of my winnings and the subsequent shipping was not.
