I wil second the 51 Bowman. Great thread. Awesome to see some vintage football getting some props. Sammy is one of my favorites.

I'm estimating this to be from around 1947 based on the uniform and address.

That's a great advertising piece - hadn't seen that before.

I have a contract that he and G.P. Marshall signed for endorsement purposes

Very cool Slingin' Sammy items! A few years back I picked up the original painting of Sam in a classic pose done by Chuck Gillies for the Upper Deck Masterpiece set. One of my favorites!

Amazing pieces everyone! This is not one that I own but I hope to get one day...a Sammy Baugh Granger advertising display sign. I just love the graphics!
