A lot of really hard to find Yankee pins there Al, but that Old Timers Day pin just never shows up.

Mike yes that pin is very hard to find!. Here is one I also have that I saw you have a very hard dodger pin. But all I have seen have the dark Bum on the right. The one I was able to get has a red bum on the front. I know its good as the union logo is stamped on the back!

Another interesting variation. The very rare "Shaving Permit" pin is red, but I've never seen either come in two colors. Got to love pins!

Mike yes the shaving permit bum is just like this one red. And yes Pauls was the only one of that pin I also have ever seen.

Thanks Greg I dont think that pin is from the era. The back is just to new . Looks made up at a much later date. 1980s 90s? Rowell played for Boston from 39-47 then was at the phillies in 48. So to be correct that pin had to be made from 39-47 and in my opinion the aging just doesnt match the time frame.. Just my opinion my friend... Your thoughts?
