The demand for E121-80's hasn't changed much, but our knowledge of what is in the set has been changing considerably. Does that count?

I like approaching this subject as Mark has, and I agree with him...the E121 80Series has changed the most over the past decade. The perceived availability of this set has changed drastically over time, with multiple cards being removed from official checklists, different back types identified, rarities determined, and even cards (like the Meadows, as shown in the current E121-80 thread) that eluded discovery for 90+ years. And I feel it still has a lot of room for more change.
