Is it me or does this have the feeling of a judge who sentences a teen shoplifter to hold a sign in front of the store saying "I stole".

A Google search shows just some grumping about an scd - coaches corner lack of culpability. Not really important stuff and nothing anyone was thinking of prior to it being brought up.

If this is something the scd folks are still concerned about years later it seems really absurdly silly. The overly litigious society we currently live in can be ridiculous.
