If you would but a trade value beside each card I think it would help. I know I would be a lot more interested if I knew how you valued the cards I was interested in trading for.

Wow, talk about completely and utterly NOT understanding the point of my post. What you're saying has nothing to do with it. These people know full well the 'value' of the Spiezio cards--even if it's not posted beside them--and treat me like I'm some sort of ignoramus as they slyly think they can rip me off. They know exactly what they're doing and to me it's frickin' laughable!!!

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.

Darren I was not talking about the low ballers or your Spiezio cards. I am saying I know I would be way more interested in contacting you about a trade if I knew how you valued the cards you are trying to trade. I know others also feel this way from previous posts on the subject.

I honestly have no interest in putting down the specific dollar 'trade value' of the cards I have. To me, whoever is collecting what I'm collecting knows roughly what the perceived value of the cards is, so they can check to see what they have off of my need list that comes pretty close and we can start talking from there. Then things like condition, etc., come into play to add or subtract from that value. It's not a perfect way to do things, as some cards are much rarer to me and my point of view than they may be to someone else, but personally, I just prefer to do it that way. To each his own, I guess.

And it's important to note that these are actual collectors I'm talking about. Perhaps I should've stated in the 'getting this off of my chest' segment of this thread that 9 out of 10 of the people who do the things I described here are obviously dealers. They take what are arguably the most valuable cards I have in this thread and try to get them off of me for nothing, so they can do a quick flip or hit the 'bay and make a tidy profit.

Sorry if I sounded rude to you in my response before. Oof. It wasn't my intention.
