That Gehrig photo really shocks me.

Not only is it incredible, but in a time where weight training was incomprehensible and most of the players lifted nothing but beers and lit cigars (talking to svelte Ruth there, lol) that guy is a bear compared to everyone.

Mr. Wagner wishes to say hello. He asks that you take a gander at his popeye like arms and reconsider your position.

This glass plate negative is part of the collection and will NOT be available for sale.

Lol.

I look at those photos and think how much my high school baseball coach would have yelled if I choked that high on a bat at the plate. Times sure do change.

If I put up stats like Wagner I guess I might have got a pass.

Default Latest addition..

Will most likely never afford the "Chicago on shirt - Hands on Knees" Tinker - but one with the faded "Chicago" will do (usually found on Sweet Cap. 150's from what I've seen.)

Can I ask what the first name is at the top of the photo? Is it KASEL or KADEL or something else? I only ask as my last name is KASEL, so it would be cool to know that maybe some relative at some point in history had a hand in it.

Thanks!

Default Steve O'Neill B18 (Yellow Pennants)

Glad to finally replace this item after trading away this color variation about 5 years ago. One of the tougher B18s to find in nice condition.

Nice cards Scott I'm 1 card away from hitting the half mark myself ! I really like the St. Louis cards (Browns & Cards) in this set along with Cincinnati and the Boston cards.
