With all the packages that UPS & USPS handle every day, I would say for the most part they do a pretty impressive job. There will be mistakes because no service is perfect in this world.
There are a few bad apples that work for the USPS but for the most part most of the people that I meet are very pleasant. You can walk into any organization and find people that are just plain jerks. You can't blame the whole organization just because there are a few jerks who work there. We will always find something to complain about because that's human nature. But try mailing your packages without the services of UPS & USPS.
