Do you have a link to your collection? I'd love to see signed cards of major HOFers from that era.

Insane! Why was the 33 Ruth Goudey ink smudge removed? Thanks for sharing!

I thought it was too distracting, so I had it removed. I didn't like that the first thing your eye was drawn to was the ink blot.

I'm not a big autograph guy, but that's a great collection. Many of those signatures represent some of the most important (and even infamous in some cases) figures in the history of the game. Thanks for sharing.

The Frank Thomas NNOF that is signed. Best ironic example ever.

Awesome collection.

Desiderata

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Strive to be happy.

Wow, you have some great items. I love that 33 Goudey Ruth. I'd love to someday get something like that. The only problem I have though with the autographs is forgeries and always having a doubt to its legitamacy, especially after paying big bucks.

A great collection deserves an equally great website to display it on. Jason let me know if I can assist with recommendations should you ever want to build one.

Awesome site. Glad you had the Spohrer already; just pointed a fellow Net54er to one from Dean's Cards that was listed as a regular card. Dean's still has a Sam Byrd if someone else needs one.
