I think Paul might be right about this, and if so, according to my (possibly wrong) count, I think that game was on Sept 9 versus the Tigers. Cobb was 3-3 in that one giving him 1899 for his career (??), and Jackson didn't play.



That having all been said, I think Joe's answer of "42" is way funnier... I just watched that movie (again) a couple days ago.
