![]() I wondered with the t206 artwork if the artwork itself was updated as they recycled the cards through the years what with the coupon cards and all. Gor example, if original artwork for a Eddie Collins popped up would it be missing the Athletics emblem on the jersey like the t213-3? |

technically yes. I was more curious about the actual painted artwork. Seems strange that not one has been seen from any of the painted tobacco sets

Chris is right.....the closest we have right now are the T 206 PROOFS.....
THE design change (type 1 proofs) show an actual "design change" in art that differs from the final production example of that particular card....for example the pastorius, alperman, matty type 1 proofs ect ![]() |
