I haven't really been trying to complete the set. Picked up the first few in maybe 79? Sometime after the book of lists had them as one of the 10 rarest cards (The list was interesting, but I know now it was way off)
I'm at 25% and all uncancelled but in pretty bad condition. At one point I held a stack of maybe 30 that were all in nice mid grade condition, but thought they were too expensive. Could have bought one, but just one. The most recent was a few years ago and listed on Ebay simply as "old baseball card" so it got only one bid. ![]() Steve B |
