WOW. All the rare backs lined up together like that. How long did it take you to put this run together? How many of those Cobb Drum backs are known?

David,
That '15 is beautiful. Basically, my dreamcard.
I've attached a page from my 2017 catalog as well as an element from my 2019 catalog of some of the Cobb items I've produced...

I believe this one was graded quite conservatively. Very clean, crisp and free of wrinkles.

And, here I thought I had purchased an inexpensive SWEET CAP red Cobb....but, upon opening up the mailed package it was not so. PSA goofed again !

Default Very poor...

...but pretty darn rare.

There aren't many Type2 York Ty Cobb's floating about, so I had to grab this one despite some minor flaws

I think I know of two others, that's it.

Only pre-war card I own is the W516-2-1 I bought raw in Cooperstown a couple years ago. I spent about $125 on it even though it's ripped up at the top. Luke Keeler was helpful enough to send it in to PSA for grading

The ticket I have pictured my dad got me when I was about 16. Ticket dates July 1, 1922. The White Sox won that game 7-3

Mr. Cobb went 1-4 with a walk and a strikeout against Red Faber. Also playing for the Sox were HOF'ers Harry Hooper, Ray Schalk Cocky Eddie Collins. A total of 5 HOF players took the field that day !!!!

Alas the White Whales Cobb T206 have eluded me and been too rich for my blood

Some day I will become triumphant and own at least one and then another day I'll own them all
