Michael,
Realistically The National is still a very good venue to look for the obscure and rare HOF signatures that you collect. Outside of the big catalogue auctions, The National offers your best opportunity to find some for your collection. If you have never attended one, I would highly recommend that you absolutely do.. Besides the two dealers that you mentioned, you should also visit Phil Marks' booth and Kevin Keating's. Both deal in old and obscure autographs and are ethical and good guys to deal with. You never know what you will come across, but be prepared to bring your wallet as it can be expensive. As Leon mentioned, bringing some good material to sell or trade can be helpful. Good luck! Michael---I will be set up at the National---I have around 50 1950's Exhibit cards all autographed and 60 Original All-Stars and All time Greats (Big League Collectibles)--all have JSA certs---if interested, look me up--booth 1048---thanks, Don Hontz
