I think the keys are properly mentoined. In reality 99.5 of these cards are not sellable in a retail situation.

+1 They are cool to look through but very few are worth anything.

In the 89 Fleer set there are several Bill Ripken/Randy Johnson versions and some are worth good money. The Wade Boggs in the 89 Fleer set also has a variation with a dot and no dot after "Throws Right" on the cards back it is not worth anything to most but I would highly overpay for one without the Dot.

The topps baseball cards from the late 70s could be worth something. Ozzie smith and paul molitor rookies come to mind, among others. Depending on condition of course.

Some of the mid-90s inserts sets have become very popular with collectors, especially if they are stamped with print runs.
1993 Topps has a Derek Jeter rookie in the style of the DeLong set.
1982 Fleer Cal Ripken Rookie
1984 Topps Mattingly Rookie
1985 Topps has Kirby Puckett and Mark McGwire
1986 Traded has Jose Canseco and Barry Bonds
PSA 10 1986 Topps cards have sold for a pretty penny. A Ryne Sandberg went for $2300 a year ago, but only ~$750 this year.
1989 Topps Traded Griffey Jr

Surprised nobody has commented on the Topps football sets
1981 - Joe Montana RC
1984 - Plenty of RCs
1986 - Plenty of RCs

It's actually not that bad of a collection, and you probably know about PSA 9/10 from the 1976-1982 era rising in value lately.

I'm afraid it WAS that bad a collection. The 80's FB and Topps BB were all missing as was the 89 Upper Deck. There were a few hundred 77-81 in about VG. Not much else, mainly mid-90s. I think someone picked out all the decent stuff before giving the collection to my neighbor.

At least I only journeyed across the street

Thanks for all the help

Bob

Does that mean the other 31,900.5 are sellable, if so, not too shabby.
