Even as a person who doesn't collect these but owns a couple ......... somewhere. The borders are the main concern for me. They look just flat out wrong and like they're from a new card stock.

+1 paper stock looks like a thin photo paper. A back comparison would for sure nail it down more. Most have a stain on them i seen.
Definetly hard to find centered ones, that are not all beat up or have print lines. Here is my recent addition for comparison sakes:  and also here is Ian's addition as well for comparison:
