Hi Henry. Thanks for the kudos my friend. I too had not see a Pirates Cigarettes fan until this one as well.
Interesting that you mention to be careful on how to display something such as this due to the delicate nature of the construction. I had plans on framing it along with a Pirates Cigarettes poster which I'd posted in this thread some time back, but doing so would only hurt the structure of the fan itself so for now it sits open at half mast in my display cabinet. What a fun thread! I recently picked up this folio of Fatima ads. I'd say circa 1920. Eight ads mounted onto pretty stiff cardboard and bound. Also a pretty large Sovereign ad.
