Just picked this up. The little line underneath the word "Federal" is actually a tiny piece of plastic shaving - which I managed to shake out beyond the inner baffles. Disclaimer; this is not MY scan (I don't want to wake up in the morning facing a federal indictment due to the setting of my scanner...).

...cringe-worthy centering but a much better surface....this version doesn't come up on E-Bay for years and years and now so far this year there are three appearances.....odd.

Picked up this Curtis Wheat wire photo. Curtis and Mack Wheat were brothers of Zach Wheat. Oops put in wrong section.
