We absolutely are a part of some affiliate marketing programs especially ebay. They will track you for marketing purposes.
Almost every website you go to has them. That being said it is ONLY when you click on something. So if you are afraid of being tracked for any of these type of programs, never click on anything on any site. That being said I have no knowledge of where any user goes nor do I care or want to know... ps,, we also have google analytics installed to know how many views and other data we get.....but I/we don't get per user tracking or any info that is specific to a user.....Anyone can google those things you say you blocked and see what they are. It's not that big of a deal.....
